• Workout Data: Exercises performed, weights, reps, sets, workout duration, and dates
• Templates: Custom workout templates you create
• Preferences: App settings such as unit preferences (lbs/kg), theme, and reminder settings
• Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Premium features, your subscription status (handled by Apple)

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type and operating system version for app compatibility
• Usage Data: App feature usage for improving the user experience

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, address) unless you contact us for support
• Location data
• Health data from Apple HealthKit (unless explicitly enabled by you in a future update)
• Biometric data

How Your Data Is Stored

Local Storage

All your workout data, templates, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to our servers.

iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your HumnRX data may be included in your device backup. This is controlled by your iOS settings, not by HumnRX.

Export/Backup Feature

You can export your workout data at any time using the Export/Backup feature in Settings. This creates a file that you control and can store wherever you choose.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Process your workout data to display statistics, progress, and personal records
• Remember your preferences and settings
• Process Premium subscription purchases (through Apple's App Store)
• Improve and optimize the App experience

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

If you purchase a Premium subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Analytics

We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data:

• All data is stored locally on your device
• We do not transmit your workout data over the internet
• Subscription verification uses Apple's secure StoreKit framework

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Export

You can access all your data within the App and export it at any time using the Export/Backup feature.

Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Opt-Out

You can disable workout reminders and notifications at any time in Settings or through your device's notification settings.

Children's Privacy

HumnRX is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
