Tap the + button on the home screen. You can start a blank workout or choose from your saved templates.

During an active workout, tap "Add Exercise" and search or browse the exercise library. Select an exercise to add it to your session.

Once an exercise is added, enter the weight and reps for each set. Your previous numbers are displayed for reference. Tap the checkmark to log the set.

Go to the Templates tab and tap "Create Template". Add exercises and configure your preferred sets, then save. You can also save any completed workout as a template.

Yes. Open the template from the Templates tab, tap Edit, and make your changes.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find HumnRX, and tap Cancel.

No. Your workout data is stored locally on your device and remains there regardless of your subscription status.

No. All your data is stored locally on your device. HumnRX works fully offline and does not require an account or internet connection.

Your data is included in your iPhone's iCloud or local backups. As long as you back up your device, your HumnRX data is safe.

Data export functionality is on our roadmap. In the meantime, your data is safely stored on your device.

No. HumnRX saves every logged set immediately. If the app crashes, your data up to the last logged set is preserved.
